THE Mobile phon has become the most popular  electronic devise in the modern world. It is equally popular among the young and the old.

This phone which we all call's the mobile is very convenient to use.  Because of its size it can be carried anywhere and  we can contact anyone, at any time. 

        Furthermore it is very popular because of the fantastic number of facilities  it provides. We can text short messages, store information , take photographs and even shoot  short videos. We can browse the Internet watch movies and listen to music , play games and entertain ourselves.Now  we don't even have to press a button with the new touch screen system ! Unbelievable isn't it ? 



   Yet, all these amazing facilities can be too much of a problem for children .The advantage are obviously clear. It can be carried in a pocket or handbag. So it is alwaysat hand . It is easy to use and saves a lot of time. However these very same benefits can lead to misuse. As children we can easily get addicate to the use of a mobile phone and waste time by chatting to freinds, watching movies, playing games and spending time on other activities which ate not very useful.

       A Yakka chieftain named Saman (who is now regarded as a deity) attained Sotฤpanna (Sovan) after listening to the Buddha's discourse, and asked for a token from the Buddha that they could worship in his absence. The Buddha had given him a handful of hair from his head, which Saman later enshrined in a small stupa, 10 feet (3.0 m) in height.    Manigala is another spectacular mountain in the Dumbara Valley, and its ridge is 1,104 meters high. It is considered one of the most vulnerable sites for biodiversity.      The Dumbara Valley or the Knuckles Conversion forest is one of nature's wonders.
